An olive oil in the Extra Virgin category, made in the area of Les Garrigues entirely from fresh, healthy Arbequina olives picked at just the right point of ripeness. The result is an excellent natural Arbequina olive oil with a very low acidity and an outstanding flavour.

TASTING

An oil of an attractive yellowish-green colour with greenish highlights, excellent fruit taste recalling the healthy, greener rather than riper olives from which it is made, balanced in the mouth, with a slightly bitter, spicy sweetness, extraordinarily smooth and notably persistent.
