This oak-aged red from the Montsant wine denomination is from a winery in the village of El Molar which grows different varieties to suit the different soils: Carignan for sandy and clayey ground, Shiraz for limestone and Grenache for shale. The winery is run by the Australian oenologist Sarah Morris. This excellent wine is typical of the Montsant denomination.

Cherry-coloured with purple highlights, it boasts a powerful, complex aroma which offer a fairly comprehensive introduction to the possibilities of the Montsant region. Fruity and impregnated with the traits of the terroir, it offers an ample range of tastes in the mouth and a clean, spicy finish.
