TASTING

Garnet red with deep robe. A perfect balance of a primary and terciary aromas, generous level of complexity; notes of plum and strawberry confiture, thyme, camomile, white pepper and vegetal hints. Smooth silky tact in mouth at an early stage. Broad structure and volume texture, displaying bit by bit those perceived aromas. Slow evolution in the glass, and persisting with a round end.
