All the flavors of the oil are concentrated in this gelee. The oil comes from the mill of Oli Cocons in Tarragona –Spain-. It’s a very fruity and soft oil.

It’s good with the Strawberry Ice Cream, salads or Cod Fish. Using this as a base to make a mayonese or any dressing sauce for bbq’s.
