The mix between the orange and the coffee in our mouths drives us into a world of sensations. The first taste is the one from the coffee, intense with body that gets lost when the citric taste of the orange gets stronger and refreshes our mouths.

It’s a gelly we can eat as a candy but accompanies very well the traditional Spanish “tortilla de patatas”. We melt a bit the gelée and put as a top on the “tortilla”. It’s a very original product to put on a “tapa”. Some hotels are giving this one for breakfast as a traditional jam.
