Merlot wine comes from the Cedar D.O. Pla de Bages. As well as aroma of cocoa, liquorice, menthol, balsamic herbs like rosemary, fennel and aniseed are kept into the gelée. It’s a great wine to transform into a gelée as all the aromas are blent into other ones of red berries, preserves and vanilla.The intense ruby red colour whith high robe is also kept in the gelé.
