Old golden with topaz tones. Intense aroma, penetrating; gathered together in the most classic methode in these meridional regions. Aroma with touches of almond and “torró”, caramelized and toffee. Smooth in mouth, no sour taste, full, consistent and ample. Wallnut and almond character, long and penetrating after-taste.
