TASTING

An intense, clean and aromatic flavour. Very well-balanced in the mouth, slightly sweetish with the green of the fruit and vegetables of our Mediterranean setting predominating: apple, green almond and tomato. Slight astringent touches recall artichoke leaves. This is an oil with lots of character.
