Basilippo Extra Virgin Olive Oil is one of the so-called “designer” oils, with limited production and made only with olives of the Arbequina variety picked during the first few days of the season, exclusively on our Merrha estate in the province of Seville. Ideal for high-class cuisine and fusions of flavours, this is a gourmet oil.

TASTING

Oil with an intense, well-balanced fruit aroma. Its flavour, somewhere between sweet and mild, has very pleasant slight bitter touches and a hint of spiciness. Highlights include tomato, green almond, artichoke, vanilla and a touch of banana. It has a mild, delicate finish.
