The quality of this ecological Extra Virgin olive oil is as exquisite as its origin. Oil made from selective ancient olive trees at an altitude over 800 metres (2,500 feet), ensuring t olives hat no other crops are grown above them and they are entirely organic. The extraordinary coupage uses olive varieties typical of La Rioja, mainly Redondal (a native variety) and Empeltre. RIOJA OLIVE has upheld the craft tradition and the natural process, without manipulation or additives of any kind, with this oil, preserving all its internal properties and qualities. This process, as simple as extracting the juice from the by cold pressing, gives us a clear, aromatic “liquid gold”. This is the origin of Rioja Olive-ecological. Considered one of the finest organic extra virgin olive oils in Spain.
